The Brownstone
Inn with it's European flair and ivy covered
limestone walls was built in 1895 and served as the
original headquarters for the Ozarka Water Company
which bottled the healing waters from Eureka
Springs. The Inn is a Eureka Springs landmark and is
listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Marvin and Donna Shepard have been the Innkeepers
for 10 years, and Donna's grandfather worked in the
building in the early 1900's when it was the Ozarka
Water Company.
Although the exterior facade remains the same, the
interior has been remodeled creating a fresh,
immaculate, and luxurious retreat for its many
guests. The Inn has two suites and two rooms which
have been beautifully decorated with many fine
antiques.

Springs - just a short walk to town - or ride the
old-fashioned trolley which stops nearby to take you
