The Vision |
|
We
are living in a time where there is a hunger for a real move of God. People
seem looking for a place where God can visit and do whatever He wants to do;
a place where He can “tabernacle” among His people and show that He is truly
God; a place where God visits and we see Him in a measure of His glory like
never before in this time; where men and women stop their cars and run in to
be born again; a place where all manner of diseases and sicknesses are
healed; a place where God can deliver men, women and children from their
toughest habits such as cocaine, crack, pot, alcohol, pornography and
anything else that is a hindrance to their life; a place where (after they
have exhausted the world’s way of doing things: they can run to and bask in
the flood of the unlimited favor of God.
This will be a place where one can literally swim in waters
of the glory of God and receive an answer to every physical, emotional and
spiritual need they may have. But more importantly gain revelation,
knowledge, and insight on how to do things God’s way; a place where wisdom
abounds and the love of God softens the most callused heart and everyone
else who enters the door; a place where the joy of the Lord is their
strength; a place where the Bible is taught with integrity, honesty, with an
anointing and deep revelation of who God really is and where manipulation
and man’s gimmicks are never seen; a place where understanding wells up like
springs in the most driest of deserts; a place where man’s ideas are
replaced with God ideas flourishing in abundance; a place where everyone who
enters leaves saying, “God has visited me again in a special way. I must
go and tell it to everyone I meet.”
The Embassy will be a place where maturity buds up like a
cactus flower in the desert; where worship and praise is free and a new song
is sung every morning; a place where praise effects the strongholds of city,
state and even the nations, removing every hindering force so that the Word
of God is delivered and received with excellence and perfection; a place
where men, women and children of all ages and of every race known to man
join together and pray. As their prayers pierce through the heavens the
building in which they stand is shaken by the power of God; a place where
worship ushers in the presence of God where lives are instantly changed;
where worship opens wide Heaven’s windows and the flood of the glory of God
falls without restraint; a place where anyone and everyone can find welcomed
relief, be refreshed and see His divine, unmerited, unlimited, favor; a
place where people will say, “Let us go to the house that God visits.”
It will be a place where people can receive the ultimate, believe the
ultimate, see the ultimate and do the ultimate. And all that man can say
is, “Look what the Lord has done.” |

Our Mission |
|
There are many things that can be said about a ministry, but
unless a church has a vision it will never know its purpose. And if that
purpose is not in the heartbeat of that church, its mission and goals won’t
be seen and thus will end up as a passive wasteland. Embassy Ministries has
a heart no only to win the lost, but to build strong leadership in the body
of Christ (both in the laity of the church and in those with a call upon
their lives.)
Anyone can build a “church.” But God never told us to build
the church; He told us to preach the kingdom of God. We don’t need a church
on every corner. We need a kingdom of God in every house. Jesus said He
would build the church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
Anyone can take the role of a “pastor.” But few will heed
the call of the pastor. By heeding the call, things are done according to
the kingdom of God rather than the cultures of man-not bound by tradition
but full of life and revelation-not studying the preach but studying to
live.
God is raising a new breed of men, women, apostles, prophets,
evangelists, pastors and teachers who will not preach according to the
cultures of man, but will preach the culture of the kingdom of God. They
aren’t afraid to advance and take back what rightfully belongs to God and to
the children of God. They will minister with confrontational truth and with
non-condemning compassion (with a boldness for truth, and a courage to love
the unlovely.) Man’s ideas, gimmicks and hype are replaced with God ideas
and His power.
By building strong leaders in the church, we build even
better ambassadors to our cities, thus changing the world and igniting the
faith of the multitudes to believe the ultimate, receive the ultimate, do
the ultimate and see the ultimate happen in their lives.
Embassy Ministries is ready to go the distance in anything
God wants us to do. It is not a ministry that is confined to a comfort
zone, but instead is ready for the stretching by God’s hand to go
farther, faster and grow stronger for the kingdom of God. We
have a mission and a message that will cause…
·
the despondent to respond;
·
those in despair to be repaired;
·
the depressed to begin to progress.
Embassy Ministries carries a strong apostolic word to challenge, to bring
life and hope, and to change the facts of people’s lives through the truth
of God’s Word. As ambassadors we are on a mission. We have an assignment
and a message from the King. |
|
What is an embassy? |
|
q
The position, functions, or business of an
ambassador
q
The official residence or offices of an
ambassador in a foreign country
q
An ambassador and his staff
q
A person or group sent on an official mission
to a foreign government
q
Any important or official mission, errand, or
message
An
embassy has three distinct functions:
1.
To decree the voice of the nation it
represents;
2.
To defend the rights of the citizens of the
nation it represents;
3.
To help provide citizenship into the nation it
represents.
An embassy makes certain the voice of its nation
is heard in foreign lands. The church, the body of Christ, is the voice
of ambassadors speaking in this foreign land, shouting with a voice of
triumph that citizenship is available into the kingdom of God
Our purpose is to
I.
Let people know that citizenship is available
into the kingdom of God.
II.
To let people know their rights and privileges
as a citizen of the kingdom of God.
A.
Who and what they are in Christ
B.
Total salvation plan
C.
Healing, delivering, and protecting power of
God.
III.
And to hear what God is decreeing from His
throne room to this world and time in which we live. |

A Balanced Message |
|
The Spirit – The Place of Beginnings
Spiritual birth and growth for many people begin
in church services. Services are designed for all ages, reaching all
cultures and ministering to every need. It is designed to build the unity
of the core group in preparation for what God wants said and done in the
lives of individuals, the local church body, and in the body of Christ as a
whole. It is where change happens in the lives of people (where practical
things are developed and the training for outreach can began.) God designed
church services to create great change on the inside of people’s lives so
that He can be seen by others through the outside of their lives (their holy
manner of living). Church service is when burdens are removed and yokes are
destroyed so the multitudes can fulfill their destiny in Christ and for
Christ.
The Practical – Being Balance in an
Unbalanced World
The church has been guilty of focusing wither on
the spiritual or the practical, rarely ever finding the balance between he
two. It takes 12 hours of AM and 12 hours of PM to make a complete 24-hour
day. Spiritually speaking, many churches focus only on a 12-hour AM or a
12-hour PM. There are millions who believe in the financial blessing of God
but don’t know how or why they should balance their checkbooks. There are
millions who believe in the healing power of God but continue to abuse their
bodies through lack of discipline. Stewardship is practicality. Without
completing the day, we never fulfill our lives. There is a balance and if
we are going to lead others into the kingdom of God, it is vital that we not
only have the spiritual insight to see and hear the plan of God, but the
practicality to live out the plan of God. We should always remember that we
are destroyed for the lack of knowledge and in our getting of wisdom, we
must get understanding. |
